Don't you just hate it when people create a website and forget to update it??? Me too...sorry about that! Well, here it is 2 years later and I'm still playing guitar (also half-trying to play me dearly-departed sister's banjo, with not much luck) and still riding my atv with my husband and a bunch of crazy friends!

In case I forget to write again for another 2 years or so, I will wish my readers a very Merry Christmas 2011 and may you enjoy a healthy and Happy New Year in 2012!
Kinda corny, but this is the song (parody of Wolverton Mountain) I composed for the Oswego County ATV Club, based in Altmar NY (foothills of the Adirondack Mountains). It's a great club with several hundred members from all over NY. Their support & cooperation with the community and local businesses enables the club to provide approx. 140 miles of trails. They have several events, such as benefit rides, poker runs, participation in community fairs and parades, etc...My husband & I travel 2 & 1/2 hours to join the club for the Annual Campout every August for 5 days of camping (on club property) and ATVing  - lots of fun for the whole family (games, food, bonfires, live music, ATV scavenger hunt & lots of stories and laughs!). I would encourage you to check this club out - you won't find a friendlier, more active club around!

My new 2012 Polaris Sportsman 550EPS - Blue Fire Limited Edition.
Purchased July 2012 at Maddie's Motorsports in Dansville NY - great dealership!
The power steering with anti-kickback (no handlebar jerking when you hit rocks, roots, etc...)
sold me. Years ago I avoided Polaris like the plague, as they had major over-heating problems, but

they have improved their atvs tremendously and I would recommend them to everyone. As a matter of fact, our gang (I mean group) of 9 machines have all switched over to Polaris.
Yikes! Has it really been this long since my last blog??? Well, you know, playing guitar and riding my atv takes up a lot of my time! I'll try to stay a little more current this year, but no promises.
